• High Durability Particle Colouration:
- WT500-20LW: White shade achieved by strong attachment of TiO2 to the mica surface using SiO2
using a proprietary process.

- BM505-20LW: Black shade achieved by strong attachment of Carbon Black to the mica surface using SiO2
using a proprietary process.

• Opaque & Clean Colouration:
Uniform dispersion of TiO2/Carbon Black ensure a consistent, high opacity finish.

FORM & COMPATIBILITY:

• Supplied as a PE-based concentrate with 80% pigment loading.

• Also available in SAN carrier for use with transparent, engineering or high-temperature polymers.

PROCESSING TEMPERTURES & CONDITIONS:

• Processing Temperature: Pigments are stable up to 300°C (570°F) depending on choice of carrier and
polymer being used.

• Time Sensitivity: Recommended to keep residence time at a high temperatures as short as possible.

• Shear Sensitivity: Avoid high shear to maintain the pigment particle size and shape.

DOSAGE RECOMMENDATION:

• Use at 0.5-2% in the final application for optimal effect.
